Several shops, one inventory system: child shops pull products and stock automatically from the parent system.
I set up an ERP that fits the way you work: quotes, inventory and invoices in one place instead of spreadsheets.
An ERP connects sales, inventory and accounting in one system and provides overview. Three things make the difference.
Sales, inventory and accounting work with the same data. Entered once, up to date everywhere.
Defined processes and clear responsibilities keep orders moving reliably, even during holidays or sick leave.
The ERP is tailored to your processes: standard features where they fit, customizations where needed.
From advice to your own module, with Odoo or the system that suits you.
First I map your processes from quote to invoice and show where data is entered twice. That defines the requirements for the ERP.
An independent recommendation on which system and modules fit your requirements.
Migration of master data, stock and open items, checked and introduced step by step.
CRM, quotes, purchasing, inventory, accounting, POS and online shop, set up around your processes. Start with the key modules and expand as needed.
Connection of online shop, bank, DATEV and EDIFACT: orders, payments and documents reach the ERP automatically, without manual entry.
If a module is missing, I build it in Python for Odoo, such as an EDIFACT import.
Maintained and backed up in my cloud located in Germany, or on your own server.
Training based on your own transactions, documentation for your team and one fixed contact for questions during operation.
I map your processes from quote to invoice and define what the ERP needs to cover.
A test system with your real data. Together we review the processes and make corrections and further adjustments.
The modules are introduced one after another while daily operations continue.
Your team is trained and all processes are documented. After that I'm available for support and further development.

No. The ERP is adapted to your processes. Where a standard module isn't sufficient, it is configured or extended with custom functions.
That depends on your processes and requirements. Odoo is often a good choice because it is open and extensible. Depending on the starting point, another system or optimizing the existing one can make more sense.
Yes. German charts of accounts, SEPA payments and DATEV export for your tax advisor can be mapped in the common systems and are set up as part of the rollout.
For example online shops like WooCommerce, bank accounts with SEPA payments, DATEV for your tax advisor and EDIFACT for trading partners. Missing interfaces I develop as needed.
Master data, stock and open items are migrated from Excel or your old system, cleaned up and checked beforehand. In the pilot system they can be reviewed before switching over.
In my cloud located in Germany, maintained and backed up, with the vendor or on your own server.
That depends on the scope. A start with CRM, quotes and invoices is possible within a few weeks, further modules such as inventory, POS and shop follow step by step.
Yes. Where the standard isn't sufficient, I develop custom modules. In use today are, for example, an EDIFACT import and a POS extension that turns shopping carts into quotes.
Yes. Training is based on your own transactions, and the key processes are documented. For questions during operation I remain your contact.
